Naslund: Forsberg should play in Sweden
"There is definitely a chance that he might stay here and, in my opinion, it might be better for him," Naslund said in a phone interview on Friday. "He could play regularly — there are less games here and that would mean less wear and tear on him than in the NHL."

As much as that could reek of Naslund being selfish (rumor is that Naslund could lace the skates up if Forsberg plays there), I think that he knows Forsberg well and is probably right.
Forsberg told Modo yesterday that he is not making a decision yet, and it Modo is saying that they are going to carry on as if Foppa won’t sign with them. His foot probably couldn’t take the NHL load, unless he pulls a Sundin.
And by pull a Sundin, you mean get paid ridiculous sums to just show up?
