Hodgson will miss 2 Brampton Battalion games and possibly more as he is getting a second opinion on his back from doctors, Battalion head coach Stan Butler said today.

"The concern for Cody is he wants to be 100 percent healthy. I talked to his father today, and he told me that he doesn’t think Cody is there yet, so they’re going to meet with another doctor. When you’re an extremely competitive kid, you want to be at your best all the time, and that’s true in Cody’s case."

This injury has been a terrible hindrance to Hodgson. It's unfortunate that he couldn't play through it 100% at Canucks Training Camp. It also concerns me that Alain Vigneault was saying that Hodgson was "fine".
