Congrats to the captain for passing 1,000 games, 848 for the Canucks. It's amazing to think he started with the team way back in 1996.
Just for historical record, Naslund, the current franchise leader in goals and tied in hat tricks, was obtained from Pittsburgh in a swap for Alex Stojanov. The best info I can find for him is that he fights fires now, seems pretty humble about sucking and You-Tube goodness shows Tony Twist made Stojanov his bitch once.
Oh well, onwards and upwards...directly into Mo-Town. Calling it 3-2 Vancouver after losing by the same amount the past two meetings against the Wings. For good measure? Nazzy gets the winner and that Beech guy and Raymond the manchild pot the others.
Go 'Nucks.
