Transformers: The Game

Less than a month prior to when the Transformers movie hits theaters (July 4), a Transformers game will be released on June 19 (USA) on almost every major gaming console. I am a little leary buying any 'movie' game that precedes or supercedes a release of the motion picture, as most of the time the game sucks (too easy game-play, etc). So this one will be a rental for me first.
I can't wait to see what Spielberg drums up for the movie though. If the robots look anywhere near as good as the machines on War of the Worlds, I am really going to enjoy it (well, the visual part anyway!)
Apparently, Hugo Weaving will be the voice of Megatron. Old news to some I'm sure.

Hey, BTW, if anyone cares about me, I play NHL 2K7 on the 360. Yes, that's right, I decided to deviate from the EA Sports monopoly and gave the 2K Sports version a whirl since a couple of publications rated it slightly higher than EA.

I didn't like the NHL K series as much. The franchise mode is better as are the mini games. But I am all about the graphics...
I haven't seen 2k7 on a 360 yet though

I had NHL '07 on the PS2 right before I got the 360 and I wasn't THAT impressed (I liked '06 better). Had to make a call for the 360 so I decided to rent NHL 2K7 at the local Blockbuster. I liked it so much I went out and bought it.

So the graphics are that good? Imagine what NHL '08 will look like on there!

I did play NBA 2k7 on the PS3 at Future Shop. Holy shit, it was pretty sweet! I always thought that the Playstation had better graphics than the 360 with sports games. Do you agree?

By the way, Hogonav, a Canucks-Preds series would have been scary. The Preds were kicking our ass for most of the year I believe. I remember talking with friends before the playoffs about who we didn't want to face in the post season and Nashville was the consensus!!

I also have 2k7....bu t i never played it much, i just love the skill stick.
Bout the grafics, looks the same to me although F1 is great on the PS#.

Zanstorm, believe, you woulde´ve probably owned me, i´d have more shots but five holes against vokoun in the game??? man thats why i play with the Rangers now...
